TO REQUEST THE PAINT PALETTE BOOK

 

All homes must be painted according to the Heritage Woods color palette.  Homeowners must obtain LAC approval BEFORE any painting (or project) begins.  This includes all windows, doors, siding and trim.  Since the original Miller Paint's are no longer available, homeowners are strongly encouraged to review the paint book to assure color matches.  You will find the Miller Paint original colors in the paint book along with the corresponding paint number for Sherwin-Williams.

Remember:  Just verbalizing your wish to paint your home does not constitute approval.  Please fill out the Landscape and Architectural Plan Application
