WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK PAGE TO CHANGE

The Board is continuing to repurpose our website and the neighborhoods Facebook Group page.  We are trying to adapt our website to be more valuable for property owners. We hope to make it easier to understand and interact with the Property Managers and the Board of Directors  relative to the or Community (Homeowners) Association roles and responsibilities.

We urge you to use the Facebook Group Page as it was intended, for social interaction and news as well as a means to broadcast safety and suspicious activity alerts  amongst the property owner members of the Facebook Group.  To join the Facebook Group you should contact Alan Dahl, the Administrator, at Suggestions for both sites are welcomed and can be sent to HeritageWebGC@Gmail.com.

RECEIVE A NOTICE OR LETTER FROM AROUND THE CLOCK, Inc.??

If you receive a letter regarding your property, please do not contact a Board Member.  Contact Around The Clock (our property management comany) directly from the Contact Us page of this website.  Around The Clock has been hired to be a third party to handle all issues in our neighborhood and to make sure our aging neighborhood remains a desirable place to live.  Every homeowner received a copy of the CC&R's and the Rules and Regulations when the home was purchased, along with updates.  If you cannot find your copies, please view them on this website under the HOA Documents page.  Should you be disatisfied with the performance of Around The Clock, you are encouraged to bring your concerns to the attention of the Board of Directors.

DO YOU HAVE HOME AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE OR IMPROVEMENT PLANS?

If so, you may be required to submit an application for approval to the Landscape and Architectural Committee, or LAC.

This volunteer committee is not here to make it hard for you to keep your property in our community  in good condition or make improvements by necessity or desire.  The HOA Documents give homeowners direction as to the types of improvements that need aproval from the Landscape and Archtectural Committee (LAC).
