HOW TO PAY YOUR HOA ASSESSMENTS (Dues, fees, fines, etc.)
2023 HOA ASSESSMENTS INFORMATION
As our community ages and prices increase due to inflation, the Heritage Woods Board of Directors put forth a 5% increase in HOA Dues at the January 31st Annual Meeting. The increase was ratified and approved by Homeowners. HOA Dues for 2023 are split in two payments, each due on April 1st and October 1st each year.. Late payments are subject to an automatic LATE FEE. Please pay your dues on time to avoid this fee and delinquent interest charges.
The preferred method of paying assessments to the HOA is via electronic transfer, however, you can mail a check to our proerty managers, Around The Clock, Inc.if you do not have access to electronic transfer.
As the newest property managers Around The Clock has sent letters to each homeowner explaing how to set up your account and pay your association assessments.
Assessments are not collected by the HOA - All are collected by our Property Management Company - Around The Clock, Inc.. Their information is listed here on the Website under the Property Management Tab or through the CONTACT US page..
