Property Managements Explained
Every Homeowner received and agreed to these Rules and Regulations for our Community when the home was purchased.

Property Management Companies work to take on the administration and upkeep of properties. They are third party entity hired to handle disputes and complaints regarding properties.

Our Property Management Company, Around The Clock Inc., has been hired to enforce these Rules and Regulations as our Community grows older. Any homeowner who receives a letter of complaint or violation should not contact a Board Member with threats and/or violence. Around The Clock Inc. is the point of contact and will talk with you about the complaint or violation.

The Board is comprised of Homeowners who volunteer their time and energy to ensure, landscaping of common grounds, sprinkler systems, tree removal, cleaning of homeless camps out of the green spaces, signs for no trespassing, monitoring the budget, etc. These are not paid positions --- these are volunteer positions.

In the past, the President monitored everything because the previous property management company did not perform well. This Board is committed to getting our neighborhood back on track by recently hiring a new Property Management Company that is also committed to helping our Community remain a desirable place to live. Our selection of Around The Clock Inc. began in August 2023.

Every one sees bad press about HOAs and our Board is sensitive to that. However, property owners who do not comply in keeping our neighborhood in a condition that protects property values will be dealt with in a professional and neighborly manner.

Please review the Rules and Regulations and other documents that outline how the HOA is governed, and your responsibilities as property owners. Please become familiar with the Rules and Regulations - which, again, homeowners agreed to when you purchased a home in an HOA. If you are renting your home in long term rentals, it is your responsibility to make sure your tenants understand the Rules and Regulations as well. Remember, commercial businesses, including short term rentals like AirBnB, VRBO etc. are not allowed. Commercial vehicles, not owned, or leased, by the homeowner, as well as boats, RVs, and trailers, are not allowed. Further information is provided in the HOA Documents section of the website.
